Project Background

A 110kv substation of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company is designed to provide power supply guarantee service to ensure the safety of power consumption during the Shanghai Fair. The UWB substation inspection personnel positioning system provided by Wuxu provides the location data service for the substation at the application layer, helping the State Grid operation and maintenance personnel to realize the remote control of on-site inspection and escort the Expo together.

Solution

The project covers the important inspection areas such as switch room, control room and GIS room. The positioning error of the important inspection area is about 0.5 meters, and the error of the outdoor road is less than 1 meter. Therefore, our company chooses to use 1-dimensional outdoor road, 0-dimensional access control and 2-dimensional+1-dimensional+0-dimensional combination positioning method for indoor area to achieve accurate positioning of substation inspection personnel according to the actual situation on site.

Based on the real-time location of substation inspectors' positioning, it can also realize the functions of inspectors' trajectory tracking, emergency warning of danger zone and linkage camera.
