A chemical park in Yancheng has a personnel positioning management system

Project Background

The chemical park covers an area of about 40,000 square meters and is a professional supplier and technical service provider of molecular sieve templating agents, including quaternary ammonium compounds such as tetraethylammonium hydroxide, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, tetrabutylammonium hydroxide, all kinds of new templating agents, special fine chemicals, especially in the manufacture of high-purity, low metal ions and low halogen ions of quaternary ammonium alkali compounds of templating agents have unique technology and We have unique technology and experience in mass production of quaternary ammonium compounds with high purity, low metal ions and low halogen ions.

The positioning system needs to locate Class A production workshops, Class A warehouses and outdoor roads, with 2-dimensional positioning for main roads and workshops, 1-dimensional positioning for fence roads and 0-dimensional positioning for warehouses.

Project demand decomposition

The area of the park is about 40,000 square meters, and the whole factory locates people, about 100 people.

Requirements:

  • Real-time location information query of personnel in the whole factory area and inspection track query.
  • three-dimensional positioning in the workshop to distinguish personnel on that floor.
  • Statistics of the number of personnel in the tank area.
  • electronic fence alarm for dangerous areas.
  • camera linkage function.

Program Description

The system integrates Ethernet communication and UWB positioning, distinguishes, identifies, tracks and locates staff by applying a safe and reliable automatic identification system in special environments such as installation areas, protects internal staff and manages visitors, and dynamically links the information of each person in the information system with each person in reality, actively identifies and automatically alerts according to the set rules.

Anchor deployment

Narrow area adopts 0-dimensional positioning, sensing whether people are in the area or not.

The corridor adopts 1-dimensional positioning, sensing the movement of people in the corridor and their specific location, and the anchor is deployed at an interval of 15~30m.

The open area adopts 2-dimensional positioning, sensing the precise location of the personnel, and the anchor deployment interval is 30~50m.
