Project Background

Datang Taizhou Cogeneration Plant, the "first intelligent power plant in China", covers a total area of about 100,000 square meters and has 2×200MW gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units. Taizhou Cogeneration's smart power plant is mainly based on 3D modeling, Internet+, big data and personnel positioning, integrating DCS, SIS, MIS, online simulation and intelligent control, covering all business management through an integrated cloud platform, using information technology to connect various functions, integrating up to 30 business systems, covering one-stop and integrated information support for all the business of power plant production and operation. Demand Analysis

Taizhou power plant personnel positioning management system realizes real-time monitoring of inspection personnel and process visualization. The personnel on duty can see the pre-set inspection route in the 3D screen, and the duty manager and management personnel can view the personnel's walking track and inspection process in the 3D virtual power plant in real time; they can also trace the historical inspection process afterwards and automatically realize the assessment of inspection quality.

Program Description

UWB power plant personnel positioning system is mainly composed of hardware (anchor, tag), positioning engine software (C/S architecture) and API interface.

The tags in the equipment and the anchor communicate through UWB pulse signals, the anchor collects the tag information data and forwards it to the positioning server, the data is processed by the algorithm of the positioning engine, and the accurate location information is transmitted to the upper layer application through the open API interface, i.e. the personnel positioning sub-module of the intelligent power plant control platform.
