Rudila Hydropower Station is the seventh stage of the Jinsha River midstream river stage development, located in the junction of Binchuan County, Dali Prefecture and Yongsheng County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province on the Jinsha River midstream river stage.
Six mixed-flow turbine generating units with a single capacity of 360MW are installed in the underground plant of the hydropower station, which has a total installed capacity of 2160MW, a design annual average power generation capacity of 9.323 billion kW-h and annual utilization hours of 4610h.
Due to the extensive underground plant space and scattered on-site equipment, the station lacks effective technical supervision means for operation safety control, and there are also great safety hazards for on-site personnel during operation and production.

At the same time, the system also correlates with "two tickets" and issues local and remote warning alerts for violations such as operating without tickets, overtime stay, and unsupervised operation, and combines with video monitoring to capture violations.
