Project Background

This project is the logistics supply chain warehouse personnel location management. Hefei Xinning Logistics Division wants to try to carry out 5G personnel location management and AI edge video intelligent analysis project, aiming to analyze the behavior and efficiency of employees by applying new technologies such as cloud computing, cloud storage and 5G, so as to achieve operational standardization and data, and then improve human efficiency and realize visualization, intelligent and standardized management in the warehouse area.

Project Requirement Breakdown

The sorting staff in Xinning Logistics' warehouses are partly temporary workers, and the efficiency of sorters' operations is difficult to manage and count. Xinning Logistics wanted to use effective technical means to manage the work of sorters and automatically count the workload and presence of sorters.

1. Strengthening outsourced staff management

The warehouse's personnel are partly temporary workers, and the efficiency of their work is difficult to manage and count, and the efficiency of their work is difficult to evaluate. After employees wear tags, the system's self-service attendance and work hour statistics can efficiently count and analyze the efficiency of personnel, laying the foundation for lean management of the warehouse in the future.

3.Real-time monitoring and analysis of abnormal behavior

The AI video analysis platform can automatically identify abnormal behavior and analyze it, and at the same time generate the analysis table of abnormal behavior, so that managers can combine real-time monitoring and report to view specific abnormal behavior, which can improve the efficiency of Xinning Logistics warehouse staff and management efficiency, and then realize the standardized and intelligent management of the whole warehouse.

Solution

1）Deploy UWB positioning base station in the warehouse and distribute UWB electronic tags to outsourcing operators.
2）UWB tags are bound with personnel information in the management platform, and are managed by the management personnel of Xinning Logistics.
3）The workload and work efficiency of the sorters are judged based on the trajectory of the personnel and the distance they move throughout the day, and reports are formed.
4）Electronic tags are kept by the management personnel and issued every day when they sign in at work, and they need to be handed in after work and unbound by the management personnel for recycling.
5）The 3D visualization system platform, combined with 5G personnel positioning management technology and AI video analysis, analyzes the behavior of the offending personnel, and the entire warehouse area is displayed in 3D visualization.
