In factories and logistics centers where forklifts, AGVs and other mobile equipment operate, the UWB RTLS tracks both vehicles and operators in real time.
When a person approaches a pre-set danger zone around any vehicle, the system instantly issues dual alerts: a visual/audible warning on the forklift dashboard and vibration, sound or LED on the operator's tag or smart-watch, giving both sides time to react and avoid a collision. This keeps personnel safe and eliminates costly downtime.

Set the warning/alarm/non-alarm distances in the configuration software. Transmit the configuration data to vehicle anchors to establish warning/alarm/non-alarm zones.
When a person wearing a positioning tag or a vehicle equipped with a anchor enters the effective detection range, real-time distance measurement is performed between the tag/vehicle and the anchor. The system then determines whether to trigger a warning, alarm, or take no action based on the measured distance.
Set the alarm distance in the configuration software, and send the configuration data to the wall anchor to form an alarm area.
In blind spots (such as corners or doorways), when a vehicle equipped with a vehicle anchor enters the effective alarm range of the wall anchor, the acoustic and optical alarm will start to work, and the intensity of the acoustic and optical alarm can be automatically adjusted according to the distance (sound: urgent/short; light: fast flash/slow flash).
When at least one person and one vehicle or two vehicles are within the safety value of the set alarm area (that is, one person and one vehicle or two vehicles appear in the alarm area simultaneously), the acoustic and optical alarm installed on the wall will give an audible and visual prompt.
The wall anchor will upload the alarm information to the management platform.
Based on practical scenario applications: Select the appropriate solution between the 360° and AOA collision prevention and alarm according to the actual scenarios, forming a three-level collision prevention and warning function.
Low latency: Localized real-time alarm with millisecond-level latency. It helps to promptly remind the driver to react and avoid potential accidents.
High precision: The distance measurement accuracy can reach up to 10 cm with a small error. The alarm information is true and reliable, avoiding multiple false alarms that may cause employees to become slack and numb.
Lightweight: It occupies few resources, making system deployment and management more convenient, and the maintenance cost is lower.
Convenient installation: Simple setup and configuration. It can be quickly adjusted and configured according to different requirements and scenarios.
Wide application for vehicle types: It has universality and compatibility. It can be adapted to forklifts of different manufacturers and types without being limited by the vehicle model.

Compatible with any forklift, regardless of brand or type. The plug-and-play system installs in under 30 minutes—no complex setup or infrastructure required.

Customize alerts, detection ranges and speed limits through an intuitive online dashboard to fit yoyr unique site conditions and safety policies.

Benefit from real-time awarenes swith 360° coverage, 15cm detection accuracy, and up to 30m range—even without RTLS. In RTLS-enabled areas, track with 10-30cm precision.
