In a 5,783 m² tobacco warehouse, hunting for pallets kept trucks waiting half a shift. A Guizhou tobacco DC rolled out Wooxu XPosition—UWB anchors plus 1,400 micro pallet tags—pinning every load to within a centimetre.

Geofences auto-bind pallets to orders; the moment a truck is unloaded its tag is freed, closing the “pick-load-return” loop.

Tablets now guide drivers straight to the next pallet, eliminating blind searches. No infrastructure was altered, yet pallet-level lean dispatch cuts outbound time 30 % and trims inventory-turn days.
