Woxu UWB turns the factory floor from “paper ledgers” 

to “data-driven” – tracking every component and takt-time in real time.

Facing 90,000 m² of high-frequency material flow and paper records that could not capture live takt-time, the plant set three goals: precision control, system linkage, data-driven decisions.

Woxu deployed 164 UWB base stations plus wide-temperature tags to deliver centimetre-level real-time location; colour-block status, e-fences and labour-time analysis automatically generate performance data and feed it to MES with zero delay.

The shift from “experience-driven” to “data-driven” delivers transparent production, optimised takt-times and full traceability – setting a new benchmark for smart manufacturing in heavy industry.
